Panty-less warning for Valentine’s day

Love birds are in danger of being trapped by the snoop squads of the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (JAIS) this Valentine’s Day, but girls who go ‘commando’ (panty-less) may just get away with it.

While female students in institutes of higher learning in Selangor are being encouraged by word of mouth or via the grapevine, electronic or otherwise, about not wearing panties on that day to express their love for their boyfriends, the JAIS officers are all worked up over these deviant acts.

Jais director Datuk Mohamed Khusrin Munawi said he was disgusted by the promotion of such immoral activities.

.

“Muslims must understand that Valentine’s Day is not for them. We will not allow Muslim students to be taken in by such celebrations that deviate from the teachings of Islam.

.

“At this moment, we are unable to determine the source of the ‘no-panties movement’, but those encouraging such a culture are irresponsible,” he added.

.

Khusrin said Jais officials would be checking budget hotels, malls and parks throughout Selangor on Feb 14 to ensure that Muslims behave themselves.

.

“If we find unmarried couples together, they could be charged with committing khalwat (close proximity),” he said after a meeting at the state secretariat building in Shah Alam.

.

He said lamps in public parks will be turned on to deter couples from using such areas for amorous interludes.

.

“We also advise parents to ensure that their children are at home.”

.

“We will also  check restaurants that offer candle-light dinners, as these often lead to possible sexual activities in budget hotels.”

.

It is not known how a girl who is not wearing panties could be singled out.

.

OK…..granted it’s pretty silly to be going panty-less just to show your love for someone……..and whoever thought of such crap is probably some sex-starved amphibian hiding behind some bushes at some escalator armed with a hand-mirror or camera phone……

.

But for our country’s moral police to go jumping mad and issuing warnings about the evils of Valentine’s Day!!!??? Talk about “over-reacting” man……I mean, think about it for a minute here……if they wanted to, they can go panty-less any other day right? Or have romantic dinners, which will lead to indecent tyrsts at hotels, any other day too!!!

.

So, basically, Valentine’s Day is a big No No!!?? Only for students or both students and adults? What about adults who are still students? And what about groups of friends who are single? And g-string thongs are almost panty-less u’know………is that acceptable?

.

Sometimes, they really do give that impressions that they basically have nothing better to do……….

.

By the way, does that mean the person lifting the skirts of a female passer-by, on the pretext of checking for immoral behaviour, would be less immoral than a couple sharing a meal in the open at a restaurant?

.

Isn’t it just so awesome to see how progressed and developed this nation is, under the abled-hands of her civil servants…….. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heads Must Roll…..But Not The Animals’!!!! January 27, 2010

 

At Twitter.com this morning, news are spreading like wildfire about severed pig heads (apparently wrapped in plastic becos whoever the attacker was, was probably too squirmish to touch them) being flung into the compounds of two mosques along Old Klang Road in KL, namely  Masjid Tm Datuk Harun & Masjid Seri Sentosa…..and these two targetted mosques so happen to be located near where a racial bloodshed took place admist governmental denial many years ago………COINCIDENCE!!???

 

I don’t know about the rest of you, but this seems to me, to be quite likely that whoever was responsible for the arson attacks on the places of worship could very well have a hand in this latest provocation……This is definitely not the works of some bored unemployed youths or naughty little kids……….

 

Let me tell you this….this is the works of a group of evil-beings addicted to THE POWER OF DOMINANCE….it’s not an issue of one’s religion or race, IT NEVER WAS!! This is all about dominance!!!! To be able to continue dominating in every aspect……….the greed for power!!!!

 

By the way, getting hold of a pig’s head is no walk in the park mind you….or cheap!!!

In certain cultures, roast pig head is a delicacy.......

 

When several churches got attacked, many Malaysians could sense that these were more than purely religious disagreements….someone was out to stir up tension, and hopefully create another civil unrest for whatever political ambitions………but alas, they got the wrong crowd……Christians are known to be ardent prayers and serial forgivers…..so SHOOT!!! No aggressive response as desired.

 

Then what next? They tried arsoning mosques, thinking that Muslims are easier to provoke…………but alas again……not this time buggers!!! Most Malaysian Muslims, inspired by the calm and forgiving nature of their fellow Malaysian Christians decided that aggression is not the answer……..so once again……no angry crowd screaming for heads to roll.

 

And it’s funny that they’re soooo insistant that HEAD HAD TO ROLL, they got hold of yet another animal’s head to roll!!! Why!! Why!!! Why!!!

 

Why pig heads? Yes, they may be deemed unclean in the eyes of some religions, but they are still God’s creatures………. and same applies to just about every other creature ok?

 

Will Malaysians be soooooo air-headed as to fall for this latest provocation??? 

 

And if I’m not mistaken, it does seem that the only ones using animal heads to show their displeasure are the ones wth connection to a certain racist political party……….

And our “ever-efficient” police force? They claimed to have detained the arsonists responsible and therefore case closed……..but ever wondered why are these culprits remain nameless and faceless? 

 

A friend quite rightly wondered…….the timing of this latest antic is soooo perfect………heads get thrown today, UMNO’s crap-media UTUSAN comes out with news tomorrow, and yet another demo after Friday prayers will be staged……see how predictable this gets?

 

If this time round, no one bothers to react or respond, what next? What dirty low-down sinister act next?

 

How does one not feel depressed at the way things are going? In a way, I’m glad I’m taking my children away from all these……but as a Malaysian, born and bred, it’s sooo heart-breaking to see the dignity of this nation continuously being shredded (or attempted to be shredded) to bits by the claws of the corrupted few………how much longer can peace prevail!!??

 

Next election, it’s a DO OR DIE for Malaysians…….because if this same government, who has failed miserably in keeping all these in check and in fact provided fertile grounds for these constant attacks, remains to govern for the next term, I see a nation, that started with so much potential, lose her shine and sink into a new low……….

 

 

 

 

Sir…..Everything’s Back On Track…. January 21, 2010

Yesterday, MACC raided Selangor executive councillor Yaakob Sapari’s office and arrested his executive secretary, a 62 year old man. The “anti-corruption” officers were even armed with an arrest warrant……talk about being efficient man!!!!

Apparently 36 suspects,  all across the country, including the 62 year old man, have been detained for purportedly being involved in some corruptible practices over sand mining activities in Selangor.

Deputy chief commissioner Datuk Shukri Abdul said some of the government servants were high-ranking officers while the two aides were a private secretary and a special officer. More arrests were expected in the coming days, he said.

.

The bribes, he added, were meant as inducements for the officers to approve or expedite approval of sand-mining permits and to refrain from taking action against those illegally mining or transporting sand.

.

“The total amount of bribes that we have traced so far is RM280,000. We believe they were paid between RM500 and RM50,000 each, and some of them received payments on a monthly basis.

.

“We have also found that three of those arrested received sexual favours,” he said here yesterday. He said MACC officers also confiscated RM50,000 from the suspects, some of whom were released after their statements were recorded.

.

Shukri said with the arrests, the commission believed that it had smashed a syndicate smuggling sand into a neighbouring country. – The Star, 21/01/2010

 

And then, there is the ”dramatic” resignation of some 13 PKR members from the Selangor MB’s division, Kuala Selangor. Apparently, these quitters have lost confidence in Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim’s leadership……..hhmmmm………I wonder if it’s because he’s not “bringing in the dough” like the Toyol-Man……

.

Now…..it does seem that these sudden flurry of activities by our “graft-busters” have proven to us their commitment to not just sit on their arses and swap flies……but honestly, if these arrests are anything to believe by, it does seem like majority of the political aids and small fries at the Pakatan Rakyat camp have wasted no time in filling their little pockets since taking over slightly over a year ago, huh?

.

I mean…HEY, if these people did bribe amongst themselves, then YES, by all means….go throw them in the slammer……….but PLEASE……don’t let your over-enthusiasm in catching the small fries over-shadow the urgent need to net in the Great-Whites!!!

.

Because, till to date, you guys at the MACC have yet to come out with any answer as to  WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BILLIONS REPORTED STOLEN BY THE PREVIOUS BN STATE GOVERNMENT!!?? And how about what happened to all the land scams that took place during UMNO’s governance!!?? And oh yes, is Toyol’s bungalow worth that much, and if it isn’t, how can it be when it looks like it is!!??

I guess, here’s where “selective efficiency” is at its best……..

And if the sudden resignation of the 13 flers of PKR doesn’t seem odd, how about the fact that on the same day, in the wee hours of the night, Klang’s municipal council quietly demolished some taxi stand in north Klang……….as if to create greater discontentment with Khalid’s state government………..

Me just wondering…………could the much talked about plot to carry out the Selangor Coup De’Tat be back on track????????

Missing Children….Still Real, Still Rampant….. January 14, 2010

Plucky girl foils kidnap bid by kicking man in the groin 

IPOH: A plucky 17-year-old girl thwarted a kidnapping attempt by kicking her would-be abductor in the groin.

Relating her ordeal to reporters here yesterday, SMK Seri Keledang student Hew Yong Wen said she was walking towards a tuition centre from her home in Bandar Baru Menglembu at around 4pm on Saturday when a light-green Perodua Kancil drew up.         

.       

“There were two men in the car and one of them offered me a ride as it was drizzling.           

 .           

“After I refused the offer, one of them got off the car and tried to grab my arm,” she said, adding that it was at this point that she kick out, hitting the man in his groin.

The man, who was groaning in pain, then backed off and got into the car before it sped off  just as a motorcyclist was approaching. – The Star, 14/01/2010

I was at a upper middle class surburban shopping mall yesterday and as I walked pass the supermart, I noticed 2 kiddos, a boy about 7 and his little sister, about 4, standing next to a shopping cart loaded with some paid groceries, looking all lonesome and bored…….without any adult supervision!! It was too hard for me to walk away and I just had to approach them.           

Me : “Hello there….where’s your mummy?”       

Boy : “Mummy’s inside buying something”      

Me : “Your daddy or kakak?”      

Boy : ” Not here….mummy said I am a big boy now so must take care of mei-mei and trolley”             

 .      

No way was I ever going to walk off after that……I continued making small talk with them, which was pretty easy since they were really so cute and adorable, until their mummy finally appeared, after a good 10 minutes, mind you!!!            

 .      

Apparently she had forgotten to get some ham after paying for her groceries, and subsequently left the kids at the front of the supermarket before going back inside to get them!!!! And oh yes, she managed to pay for the parking ticket too…..            

 .      

I guess I was too shocked to have reprimanded her there and then……which I am sort of regretting now…….I really hope and pray  that this was one of her very rare ”bimbo” moments and she will not do it again………I really shudder to think what if I were some shady character, and would have so easily lured them away with promises of candy or such………what would have happened then!!!???        

 .   

It has been reported recently that child trafficking for labour and sexual exploitation has become a multimillion-ringgit trade in Malaysia, all thanks to, not only the international but also domestic demand as well…..             

.     

And the fact that in our Malaysian law, there’s no specific provision for a special task force to solve the thousands of missing children cases. So, I guess we can wait till the cows come home and these cases will still be gathering dust in some filling cabinets.

 Nurin and Sharlinie are but just two of the thousands missing every year………and based on the recent news about a nine-year old girl who was found floating in some retention pond half naked, SICKOS in this country are still very much alive and thriving!!!!

Do remember, the perpetrators for both Nurin & Shalinie’s case have yet to be found…….. 

 . 

And to make matters worst, our police force seem to be far more interested in matters concerning the welfare of their political masters. ….yes, they will set up their task force when a missing child is reported….but once public interest dies down, you can bet your last ringgit that their so-called task forces will too.      

. 

We parents can ill-afford to let our guard down, not even for a bit………even with my eldest almost 10 now, whenever I’m out shopping with them, they are at skin contact with me……if not holding my hand, then it’s grabbing onto my sleeve or dress……..or at the very least, they are within a close range, so much so that if someone tries to run off with them, I’d be able to take aim with my shoe and hit the target  real hard!!!

You know, it’s always better to be safe (and PARANOID) than to be sorry folks…….so please keep your babies close and safe……

This morning, on my way out to work, a good friend called and told me two churches, a catholic church in PJ and a protestant church in KL, got attacked the night before by homemade bombs……and apparently, based on unconfirmed reports, another 6 more churches suffered the same fate.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 8 — A city church in the leafy Desa Melawati suburb was set on fire at midnight as police warned angry Muslim groups not to protest a controversial ruling allowing Catholic weekly Herald to use “Allah” in its national language section. 

The attack on the Metro Tabernacle A/G, an Assemblies of God church in Jalan 4/4C Desa Melawati, completely gutted its administrative office on the ground floor. There were no reported injuries in the midnight attack.

Police have yet to identify the attackers and no one has claimed responsibility for the attack which could be related to anger over the Dec 31 court ruling. The judgment has been suspended pending government appeal.

.

According to an eyewitness who had just finished a drink at a coffeeshop located directly across the church, three or four persons on two motorcycles stopped in front of the church. 

.

“They proceeded to break the glass panels on the ground floor before pouring some flammable liquid and setting off a fire,” said a statement issued by the church. 

.

Earlier in the night, the judiciary website was defaced and later taken offline. 

.

The Metro Tabernacle is not affiliated to the Roman Catholic Church which had challenged a 2007 order to stop using “Allah” to describe the Christian God in the Herald‘s Bahasa Malaysia section. 

.

The Herald is tightly circulated among the mainly Muslim country’s estimated 850,000 Catholics who worship in English, Mandarin, Tamil and Bahasa Malaysia. 

.

The Roman Catholic Church had agreed not to object to suspend the judgment out of “national interests” as Muslim groups objected to the ruling and threatened to protest. 

.

The groups have organised protests after Friday prayers at two mosques in Kuala Lumpur today despite police orders not to proceed.

. 

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his cousin Home Minister Datuk Hishamuddin Hussein have backed the right to protest within mosque grounds to the chagrin of many who have been previously detained at opposition gatherings.

But it was obvious someone needed to proceed with the plans for chaos because, while all this is going on, in today’s headlines, the government has come up with a rather creative way to justify yet another fuel price hike!!!!!

PETALING JAYA: The bigger your car, the more you will have to pay for petrol from May 1. 

.

This is because the Government is going to change the way fuel is subsidised. It is planning for a fuel pricing mechanism that will ensure only targeted groups, particularly those from the lower-income, will receive fuel subsidy. 

.  

Also, foreigners who drive into the country to fill up their tanks will not be eligible for subsidy and will have to pay more for fuel. 

.

“The bigger the engine, the higher petrol will cost,” Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said yesterday. 

.

The move was based on the assumption that those in the lower income group would normally drive a car with a lower engine capacity and thus be eligible for the subsidy, he said. 

.

“For RON95 petrol, the subsidy is 30 sen per litre. The current price of RON95 petrol is RM1.80 compared with the actual price of RM2.10.

.

“Malaysians who are not eligible are those who drive a higher engine capacity car or non-Malaysians. They will have to pay RM2.10 or more for RON95,” he told a press conference after launching the new corporate identity of the F&N soft drinks division here yesterday. (Wait a minute….one moment it’s to reduce our sugar intake and the next, it’s condoning ultra sweet soft drinks!!??)

. 

Besides introducing the new structure, the ministry also plans to make the use of MyKad compulsory when buying petrol. – The Star, Jan 8, 2010.   

 

What’s next? Toll rates people!!! And I bet just about everything else will cost more soon enough……….

You wanna know why our country’s in such a shit hole? 

. 

Why despite the billions…no, trillions supposedly spent on improving our lives, we’re still stuck in the rut? 

. 

Why the rich gets richer and the middle class and poor gets poorer? 

. 

Why so many Malaysians have opted to move overseas as a desperate resort for the good of their children’s future? 

. 

I’ll tell u why…. 

. 

IT’s US!!! WE BROUGHT THIS UPON OURSELVES!!!! 

. 

We practically defecated in our own backyard and couldn’t be bothered at all to clean up until it was too late…..now that it’s full of shit, we start jumping around like jelly beans, asking “WHY“!!!!??? 

. 

Our current shitty government continues to play on racial and religious sentiments to gain popularity, despite all the crap about creating a 1Malaysia……..and despite being in charge of a nation that is supposed quite weathy because of our oil reserves, has failed to improve our lifelihood in anyway. 

. 

Yes, we have the “super rich” but there are definitely a lot more who slog through their fulltime jobs to survive. 

. 

While we continure to pay taxes  thru our noses, we see billions leak through the civil service, never to be recovered…….and who pays for these leakages ultiately? WE ALL-lor!!! That’s why the GST, the withdrawal of subsidies of essential items and what nots, have been implemented this year…..country no money mah. 

. 

And who voted them into power!!?? MALAYSIANS!! (of course got some “Malaysianised” illegal immigrants too lah) 

. 

Then there are those complaining about the state of “cleanliness” of our country……yes, it’s also the local council’s fault for not providing suffiocient dustbins……but then again, there are those of us who wouldn’t think twice about vandalising or even worst, making off with those bins!? For what lah! 

. 

And as for the rest of us, how many of us would hold onto that piece of used tissue paper until we’ve found a bin to discard it? I can say, majority would just throw it onto the streets. 

. 

Same thing with our public toilets!!! No one seems to know how to aim when they’re using one…..WHY LAH!!! 

. 

And why the need to wash the bottom and drown the entire toilet!!?? Can’t that wait till you get home? Nothing’s going to grow in there  just yet, you know? Don’t say it’s one’s culture…..because if one is to go overseas where there’s no bidet, I can bet that “culturally-inclined” person will just make do. 

. 

And the road accidents…….if only those motorists and motorcyclists would stop treating the roads as their grandfather’s road, and respect every other road users……there would be so much less deaths……..same thing with the buses that ply the highways……..why are the drivers always sleepy and therefore always getting involved in accidents? Why are dingy and old buses still being used? Because we the consumers think nothing of it, close one eye and support these bus companies anyway. 

. 

And now, there’s this stupid stupid issue about who has the rights to the term “Allah”………COME ON LAH!!! Just because the heat is on the ruling party’s president for all his incompetences (in just about every other area), do they really have to create such a fiasco to divert our attention? Christians depending on the Bahasa bibles have since goodness know when been referring to God as “Allah” and that was never an issue…….. 

. 

Where do we stupid gullible Malaysians come in, in all this stupidity? Everyone (well, almost everyone) falls for it, hook, line and sinker and heated arguments ensues!! It’s everywhere……online, MSMs….even a mass protest has been organised (But I bet my last two cents that the certain racist party is the responsible organising team). Are these people aware that while they are arguing over such matters, a greater national threat is sitting on his/her plushy throne, smilling in glee while being surrounded by all the weath that has been plundered!!?? 

. 

We need to clean up folks……..clean up real good…….clean up all these mess before we can ever hope to sow new seeds in hope for a bountiful harvest for our future generation…….because there’s no way anything will thrive in all the shit that is taking place right now!!!
